Sugar cookies. Holiday stress. Hot cocoa with Baileys...time for a holiday detox before 2019! For $10, you'll start the morning in a yoga class and then have an hour to soak up cleaner beauty, grab some healthy refreshments, etc. Limited to 20 participants.

About the event
We hope you'll join us for a morning of holiday detox and prep for a clean jumpstart to 2019! For $10, we will start the morning in a yoga class led by the lovely, Melissa Andreychuk,that will begin at 8 a.m. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Following the yoga session, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of healthy refreshments while you wander around specialized stations we have organized (a cleaner beauty area, mini massages by 360 Wellness, and more!). Sign up for this event AND share the event on your personal social media before Dec.28th and we'll throw your name in a giveaway to win a holiday detox kit that one lady will get to take home with her on Dec.29th (think gift certificates, beauty products, etc.!).
